Design, art direction and illustration for Target’s quarterly internal magazine. The objective of RED was to encourage and empower employees to become champions of the Target brand by providing them with the latest updates, strategic insight, behind the scenes news and feel-good stories. In partnership with Target’s internal communications team and various photographers and illustrators, the magazine helped fuel a one-of-a-kind culture that inspired team members to be strong advocates of the bullseye. RED Magazine was distributed to hundreds of thousands of team members across stores, headquarters and distribution centers in both the U.S. and Canada.
